Information: In order to operate our holiday cottage business we may collect and process data about you that includes; Information about your use of our website such as pages viewed. The information includes the amount of views of particular pages and location. Information that you provide when sending through a request via our contact form, or communicate with us by any means.

How We Use Your Information: In order to provide you with our service (holiday letting) we collect information from you that enables us to fulfil this service. The information we ask for includes contact details (name, address, telephone number, email, number of people in the group). It is sometimes necessary to contact our guests in the run up to their holiday with information about the holiday, or services relating to the holiday. This is referred to as legitimate use of data in order to fulfil the holiday rental contract for which the data is provided. When you make an enquiry we use your details in order to provide you with the information that you have requested. When you make a reservation or booking you are consenting to us holding your personal information which will include your name and contact details including your postal address, email address and contact telephone number. We do not disclose your personal information to 3rd parties or sell it on for marketing purposes. We do not send out mailshots or unsolicited marketing material. We post some guest comments on our website, our Facebook page, Twitter and Google+ as well as some targeted sites such as Dogforum. When we do this we remove any personal identifiers such as name, location, address, pet names, etc. We will post the month of stay as a generic date. We may contact you following your stay via TripAdvisor or other review site.
How We Store Your Information: Data is collected and stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Only the Data Controller/Data Processor has access to our information. These people are Nicky and Trevor Bishop, Owners of Webber Hill Farm Cottages. Electronic information is password protected and held securely. Manually held information (eg paper booking forms) are held under lock and key.
